You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange, no reason required.

Conditions

To process your return, the product must be in the same condition you received it, without signs of excessive use, along with all original accessories (attachment heads, heat gloves, cord). Keeping the original packaging is not required, though it's appreciated.

How to request a return

Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the next steps and, if applicable, the return shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll notify you whether your refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll resolve it at no cost to you (replacement or full refund).
