Delivery times

We prepare and ship your order within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated transit time is 2-4 business days within the United States, depending on your location. These times are estimates and may vary due to causes beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost (or free shipping, depending on the current promotion) is always clearly shown before you complete your purchase, during checkout.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.

Coverage

We currently ship within the United States and Mexico. If you're unsure whether we ship to your area, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm.

Missing or damaged orders

If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll resolve it at no extra cost to you.
